In the summer of 2006, I spent six weeks shooting ‘Bills Food Series 2’ with celebrity chef and restaurateur, Bill Granger. This single camera shoot on Digital Betacam was as relentless as it was inspirational – five recipes & seven minutes of screen time to shoot each day kept Director Diana Leach and myself very busy! Food is very unforgiving and performs best on the first take... despite this I think we achieved our aim of making Bill’s recipes look beautiful, stylish, & mouth-wateringly delicious
